“I went from an old gas wall heater and a gas fireplace (that breaks down every other year) to an energy efficient heat pump unit. My experience from the beginning, with Jason in his presentation and helping me decide which heating system was best for me, to the guys who did the install, Tyler and Mario, and to Garryt and Dustin who came back in at the end to do a bit of fine tuning, all were very professional, considerate and friendly. The installers cleaned their work area each day they were here before leaving. The heat pump itself is taking a bit of getting used to, from someone who is used to getting instant heat from a gas unit, but so far so good. I’ve already received an email from PG&E praising me for using less energy, lowering my bill, and I’ve only had the heat pump for 2 weeks!”
