“There were so many of you during this process that I did not get all your names, I would say probably all of you showed up at my house. You were professional and attempt to relieve me of my anxiety of the house turned up-side down along with hardwood floor being scratched by the metal coming and going. You demonstrated a no non-sense and efficient work ethic, working like a well oiled machine. Unfortunately the scratches are noted and I believe it was Garry indicated they would have it taken care of with someone to assess and polish or bluff the floors.
